Personal Settings
Changing Your Password
- Click your name in the top right
- Select My Account
- Enter the new password
- Save
Important: After changing your password from the panel, you will be logged out and need to log in again.
Company Settings
Company Profile
From the Company Profile section you can modify:
- Company name and logo
- Address and contacts
- Tax information (VAT, tax code)
Work Hours
Configure the company's standard hours:
- Default hours — time ranges for all employees
- Hour models — combine multiple ranges into reusable models
- Alternate hours — for special shifts or exceptions
Locations
Manage work locations:
- Add new locations
- Assign employees
- Configure PIC-Readers for each location
Icon Collections
Upload and manage custom icons for the company:
- QR code logo
- Event type icons
- Branding images
Notification Settings
Email Templates
For each type of communication, you can customize the template:
- Subject and message body
- Dynamic variables
- Template language
Company Notification Configuration
Enable or disable notification types for the entire company.
Subscription History
The Subscription History section shows the history of payments and plans activated for the company.
Tip: After modifying notification settings or templates, verify by sending a test notification.
