Reports and Statistics
Employee Reports
Reports allow you to view attendance trends by period, location or employee.
Report Types

Employee Report
- Access the Reports section in the mobile app or panel
- Select the period of interest
- View:
- Total hours worked
- Daily breakdown
- Any anomalies (missing hours, overtime)
Admin Report
- Go to the Reports section in the admin panel
- Filter by period, location or employee
- Export in PDF or CSV format
- The report includes:
- Hours summary per employee
- Location totals
- Comparison with contracted hours
Dashboard Statistics
Supervisor Dashboard
- Active users — monthly and yearly charts
- Events/clock-ins — attendance trends over time
- Requests — trend of approved/rejected requests
Company Dashboard
- Monthly/yearly events — clock-in charts
- Requests — status and trends
- Attendance by location — distribution of clock-ins
Available Charts
Charts are interactive and show:
- Time trends
- Period comparisons
- Distribution by location/category
Maintenance
During scheduled maintenance periods, the system may be unavailable. Maintenance windows are configurable in the Maintenance section by the supervisor.
Note: Reports are calculated based on configured work hours. Ensure hours are up to date for accurate data.
